Role Overview
As an Inventory Clerk, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our rental properties are well-documented and maintained. You will be responsible for preparing detailed inventory reports, conducting mid-tenancy inspections, and managing check-out processes to support a smooth transition between tenancies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate inventory reports for new tenancies, including photographs and descriptions.
- Conduct property visits and mid-term inspections, reporting on condition and any issues.
- Carry out check-out inspections at the end of tenancies and report on changes or damages.
- Liaise with lettings consultants and property managers to ensure timely and professional service delivery.
- Travel across Essex and Suffolk to attend appointments at various properties.
- Maintain up-to-date records and comply with internal reporting procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in lettings, property inspections, or inventory work is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a field-based role.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (car allowance provided).
- Confident using technology such as tablets and property reporting software.
