We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Branch Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving performance, exceeding both personal and team targets, and leading your team to success. As a strong and proactive leader, you will take charge of your team’s development, ensuring they achieve their goals under your guidance. Additionally, you will work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure the seamless operation of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and coach your team to maximise performance and maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager to support business objectives and operational efficiency.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound communications with clients.
- Register client details and liaise with in-branch teams to facilitate property viewings.
- Schedule property valuations and coordinate appointments efficiently.
- Oversee and complete essential administrative tasks to support branch operations.
- Foster a motivated and high-performing team environment that delivers exceptional service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A "can do" and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
- At least 1 year of estate agency experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
